Some more to Add
1. Employee to be given job specific training with machines/tools
2. Employee be adviced the possible accidents, and how to avoid them
3. Proper training to all employees on how to react in case of emergency / accident
IWIF Workmens Insurance has given some excellent tips to avoid accidents themselves... that would surely help bring down the compensation claims
