I am MBA Fresher, few days back I had joined one manufacturing firm, there they dont have proper hr department, so my boss had given me my first assignment to set up a hr policy and manual for a company......but I am really not getting a start or how to proceed...........I will be obliged if any one could help me out as soon as possible......

Thanx a lot for that, yes that is usefull information for me.....
but i want to know one thing also that should i proceed same things for preparing HR manual, There are very general policy that are enforced by governmet and no such HR activities is going like performance management, training and development and even role and responsiblities of an employees are not well defined...
plz tell how should i proceed now?

hi, i have (newly) joined a company making cartridges and i have to collect info or make thesis about a raw material called OPC drum.as we are going to purchase it so i should know what are the parameters against which a gud OPC is measured and what are the ways it can be damaged(precautions to be take while handling)?I am unable to search enough info.If somebody is in this field pleae guide me .thanx
