Respected Members,
I am new to the filling up of performance appraisal forms. I think in filling up these forms the "Language" plays a major role. Could anybody let me know how impressive an self-assessment form has to be (from an employee perspective). It would be of great help if anybody could give valuable tips on filling up the forms and the Key words/area to be concentrated on. Awaiting for your replies! :)
Thanks & with kind regards,
