I am attaching herewith a .ppt file, which shows the environment and hierarchy and its impact on Staff (as there is no choice). I think most of the managers are not taking this fact seriously. Good and real. Even i have experienced this ....highly educated personnel will be recruted in the orgn. and their requirement or more and output less. I don't understand when the companies will realise this fact....
