I'll complete my course in JUNE 2010.I would like to get an opening in Qatar.
i would like to know about the possible openings for fresh MBA grauuates in qutar, and what are the basic skills required to get a HR job in Qutar????

You need to be well versed with the Labour Laws applicable to the Region
Should be a Good People Manager
Have relevant experience for about 2 years in an Operation Role.
Be a very good communicator with excellent abilities in English Language.
Countries like Qatar and Saudi Arabia give preference more to Arabic Speaking candidates (Bi-Lingual)
As a fresher you can start with Entry Level jobs and gradually gain experience and expertise to accomplish and achieve the required competencies for a leading role in an HR Setup in any of the GCC countries.
