As mentioned in Times of India Dt.1/9/09 Bangalore.
IT companies has been exempted from labour laws for 2 years. I am sure as this is good news for IT/ITES industries. Now HR's of IT industries no need worry about labour department & can be trouble free from Labour Inspector.
