Hello Friends!
I am working with an upcoming IT company.can anyone help on...is every document to be printed on Executive bond paper to get legal status.For instance,Is it necessary to print Appointment Letter on Executive bond Paper with Letter head on it.
We are in a practice of printing Appointment letters on Letter head.
Please if anybody could help me on this.

It is very essential that you create a positive and professional image of your company in front of any outsider, including new joinees. So you have to use letterheads, best quality paper for printing and good quality paper envelops. Its a image building and branding exercise. But at the same time i would like to bring to your notice that if you print anything on letterhead and sign it or you print anything on any plane paper and sign it with your company seal on it or you write anything on Legal stamp paper then that document becomes binding on everybody who has signed it as it gets legal status.

In fact my company is engaged with mobile IMEI as well as multiple businesses, and they need a agreement for the ten tears to not to be involved in kind of business or to join same type of company after relinquishment from company.
And almost all employees have signed but on plane A-4 size paper not on the bond or non judicial paper
Is it valid for legal purpose? Kindly updating me since it’s very important

Signing on simple A4 sheet will not hold much legal binding on the signatory and you cannot defy them in the court of law by merely taking there sign on A4 page, the agreement about which you have mentioned need to be made obligatory for the signatory by adding clauses and sections under which they will be penalized if they dare to break it, you need to legalize the page by appending your company's stamp or by using letter head on legal bond paper, for above purpose make sure that you affix stamp before the signature are done and signature must overlap the affixed stamp. if in case your legal bond is of more then one page make sure to take there signature under every page with stamp affixed on it as previously told, this will keep you safe if tomorrow you are arraigning someone in court, no body can refute you that you have added the additional page to the legal bond Or have changed the conditions and terms on other pages after taking their signatures to entangle them.
