This game is something by which you can inculcate leadership skills and team building along with time mangement. I have done this game with management students in a oted business school with effective results and response.
You can divide the batch in different teams according to the size of the training batch. Once you have done that assign an event to be organised by the team keeping in mind every detail like the guest list , snacks etc in a limited budget and time.
Once the time is over you can grade them on their work done keeping in mind every detail in as much time provided and the budget given.
