Its not that difficult as it seems to be. Daily read Newspaper make sure you read it loudly and atleast 12 to 15 articles of newspaper.
watch English serials and news channels.
Use english language as much as you can with your friends
Be Confident even if you are not flent in using english language.
If yo are worried about interview then prctice basic interview questions like tell me about yourself, hobbies etc before attending an interview.
search on this web for materials and ppts. on english.
English is not our first language so its very normal tobe unfamiliar with it but it is always good to learn it by practising it on daily basis.
