Hi,
I must thank u for ur posts, I had seen so many good and helpfull posts from u. Your posts helped me alot. even this post.
I jsut joined a company as HR manager (the designation is awarded, as there is no function of HR). Here the major problem is the conflicts between employees. No one is ready to mold them self, My director wants me to form HR policies and implement them by this month end. I started working on policies. but the aceptance is the prob.
As the written "take the LIFE as it comes......."
I am taking it as a challenge. I am just looking on the other side which is learing in this job.
