Dear All,
It has been noted that most of the contract employees in Export houses does not get their bonus.
I had done more than 2000 audits and found that always principle employer said ,it is a responsibility of contractor to pay bonus and contractor never provide bonus to their workers.
Once upon a time contractor had shown fraudly bonus sheet when i checked signature of workers with salary sheet,i found discrepency in writing of name & signature.
Most of the times ,i found that a contractor used its ESI/PF numbers in several units and circulate the same documents in all the units.
Ex: suppose there are 500 employees in unit A,they deduct the ESI/PF as per legal requriements and deposited for ESI/PF in two or three challan not on a single challan, then contractor provide the challan accordingly to other factories requirements.
How he does the calculation to become same amount according to actual manpower ,he adjust the amount deposited by plus 7 minus of number of days(some times he added overtime amount to adjust the amount to become equavalent to challan amount.
Please stop this practice.
Best Regards
