Dear Friends,
I came to know to that the maximum amount which is going to pension Fund is Rs. 750 Only and we will get pension according to this amount.
Now i want to ask that in my case the amount which Employer and me are giving is Rs 3000every month. Can anybody explain if only Rs 750 will go to pension then what will happen to the rest of amount out of Employer's contribution? Are we going to get it or where it will go.
Please clarify .

dear vikas
see whatever you are contrributing from your salary goes to provident fund account.whatever employer contributing on behalf of you 8.33% of that or rs 541 max will go to pension and rest will be credited to your PF account
with your own share.so it is not 750 as mentioned by you it 541.

Dear Vikas Verma,
You are contributing Rs. 3000 to EPF. Your employer also contributing Rs. 3000. Out of the total Rs. 6000, Rs. 541 will go to pension fund. Balance Rs. 5459 will go to your individual PF account.
