Hi All,

I have completed my PGDBM in HR from an institute in Rajasthan right now working with a company in Mumbai....my problem is that though me too an MBA graduate but still getting very less salary in comparison to the MBA graduate who is pass out of some college of Mumbai. Now I am planning to do MA in Personnel Management and Labour laws from TISS….will it is a good option in order to get good profile and package. How will I justify my MA after MBA in interview….or shall I continue with my job….

If you are Certified HR Degree holder from Government Approved Universities then there is no point in doing additional MBA or HR etc.
I have some MBA -HR from University in India which is neither from XLRI TISS nor from the Symbosis,IIM kind of Institutes etc...
But my qualification is valid and recognised as Certified HR Professional all over world as I am working in Australian Mining Company and its African Operations and this degree is valid everywhere in the world.
If you have done one Masters Degree in Management that is enough for venturing into field otherwise your qualification may be worth if you repeatedly acquiring same qualifications many times is waste of money and time.

Money will come to you , if you follow your liking and take efforts . Pursuing any courses may not help you to have more salary . But wherever you are working , wirk hard , think innovative , creative , be nergetic .
And always follow what you like as a career , you shouldn t feel work as a work , you should feel your work is like your hobby .
