hi everyone! i really need ur help regarding my project on "making employers organisations responsive to workers requirement" can anyone send some link or material for the same basically i need to write what are the responsibilities and duties of the employeers for workers etc etc.if at all anyone have any material or some good link that would be help though i tried google but i was not able to find what i want exactly.kindly help me out plzz.

as i got yr question, basically you want to know that what management should do for the workers betterment or to create a good I.R.
there are three aspects of Industrial relations:
1. To maintain a healthy relationaship between mngt. & workers.
2. To maintain Industrial peace or to avoid industrial conflicts ( settlement of Industrial conflicts also.)
3. Developement of Industrial democracy.
As this is your project you may to various companies & find out that how they are creating an environment for maintaining industrial Democracy.

what lata said is absolutely correct. but i want to something
i recently done Field Work Project in one Mahindra Nashik based plant on 'EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT'
While doing this project found that manager of company has REAL DEVELOPMENTAL APPROACH i.e normally executive development is linked with development of Executives, Officers & Manager but the manager is taking all the measures by giving their workers a chance to develop themsalves as per their level along with their Executives.
Why I am telling this is while functioning activites manager has best tried to remove the differenciation between WORKERS & MANAGEMENT as result of which workers are so satisfied that there is no TRADE UNION uptill now as the manager has succeed in creating SENCE OF BELONGINGNESS among the workers along with the employees.
" WHEN YOU SUCCEED IN WINNING IN SUCH WAY THERE IS BETTER IR "
I have given you the practical experience so that you can use it as example without disclosing name of company. It will give more precise answer to your project or whatever it may be.
