please help me regarding mail draft to employee for new activity starting in the organisation from next month.
Activity: to motivate and keep uptodate to all employee we are planning to debate, presentaton and group discussion on any topic in every week. in this activity a topic will mail to all on every monday and every weekend (Friday) every employee participate accoring to the act.
for this i want to mail all employee to write about our purpose to start and want to get view also from them.
so wat should be the mail.
