In practical Manner u can say A Back Office is that part of company (Generally in Service Sector) which does not deal with end customers but give his assistance to a front who is dealing with them. For Example for a bank if their is a office who will deal with all data base risk analysis and all who doesn't deal with holders but enable its front office by providing all data and decisions is back office for that bank.
