Hi All,
Thanks for all your inputs. I have gone through the links and they seem to be good. I still have some questions.
My case study is scenario based. Eg: i am the HRM for a company (TISCO) in Jamshedpur and the employees are on a strike. The annual turnover forecast is at 10c. How will i achieve my targets and get these people to work.
My question is, in such a scenario am i to assume as i do not know the company and the nature of job done. If i have to give factual details, then where do i have to look for the same? Need some help pls.:icon1:
