Job Rotation Policy:
Jobs:there are 5 jobs in Finance Department A, B, C, D, E
Process: A will be shifting from job A to B, B to C, C to D and D to E, E to A so on every six months.
Purpose:Job rotations for multiskilling and multi tasking purpose is to be done for non technical jobs or semi tech. jobs. One purpose is to avoid job to be mootanous.
The above can be base for Job rotation broadly speaking.......any comments ??
