Hi All,
I am a final year MBA-HR student and as a part of my internship in an IT firm, I have been given the task of documenting the recruitment process. Please guide me in this regard. It would be a great help if you could provide me with any company's recruitment process document to be used as a guide and starting point.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Swetha,
for every thing in an organisation there is a systematic process. Coming to recruitment ... the process would go like this
1. Gathering requirement
2. Analysing the requirement
3. Assessing the need of position
4. start posting jobs( either through News paper or job portals, internal referencing from employees)
5. Gathering profiles from various sources( Consultancies, internal references, profiles from job protals)
6. Assessment and shortlisting of profiles received.
7. Organising interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
8. preparing offer letters for the interview shortlisted candidates.
9. Follow up of offered candidates and make sure they will be on board.
10. Once they are on board the job of recruiter ends there......
i hope this helps u...
Best regards

There are three things of how you can get the information;
1. Go to Google.com & research
2. Go to your local city library in Bangalore and search for good Recruiting Books
3. Put your mind and start thinking of what special you can do rather than asking someone for a sample company recruitment guide.
I think its makes some sense now! Have a great time
