Im working for a BPM(Business Process Management) company.In our company we follow a system ,that is incentive will be paid only to the regular employees and not for the employees who are in probation period.But i found an employee who is doing as well as the regular employees.So, i've recommended her to the incentive and it was approved(the condition is to make her regular).My boss asked me to give an "appreciation letter and a letter saying that considering her performance we are taking her into the regular staff one month ahead of her conformation" which inturn makes others to think that performance will be rewarded and make them perform well.
So,pls provide me with a format..Its very urgent..
