Hello to all seniors and members, I am little bit confused while replying to letter which we generally called memorandum (memo). I want to know how to reply to following letters issued by employer.
1. Explanation letter regarding coming late in office.
2. Letter to Apologize for the mistake that done by him during meeting.
3. Explanation and apologize letter regarding the indiscipline in meeting.
4. Warning letter for take too many leave without any information.
I want to know how humbly we can reply to such type of letters. What thing we have to remember while replying to such type of letter.
If anyone can provide sample reply to such type of letters.

Dear Nitin,
Here are some tips.
.Be genuine. Set piece templates (off the internet) would sound impersonal.because itwould appear that the template is speaking and not you.
. In the first part of the letter close the case, by appologising unconditionally. This wiil prevent the issue from dragging on.
. In the second part explian briefly why you lost you cool (personal problems, time pressure, perceived grievance (be careful to get you facts right in this case).
. Ensure them that it will not be repeated.
. Close the letter with regards.

Thanks for guiding me. That's what exactly I do, Let's see what they decide.
I keep my reply short and to the point, In first half I close the matter by seek their pardon and in next section I Ensure them that it will not repeated and close the letter with regards. I skip the section where I have to explain why I lost my temper bcos that thing is clear to them and their memorandum emphasize on apologize only.
Thanks Again

You really think that these replies will work? Well, I tried them, but it helped me to nowhere. I guess that if I can get my essay writing skills better at https://edubirdie.org/top-writers/, then I will also get my letter writing skills good too.
