From the last 2 years I have implimented one new practice in our
organisation
Everyday I am giving( Printing) One QUOTATION on Attendance Sheet to
motivate employees. Our Attendance sheet has 2 pages.
How far this practice is correct?
Expecting your valuable suggestions in this regard.
Please comment on this matter.

Its appreciable that you have kept yourself motivated to keep on putting
the Quotes on the Attendence Sheet Since last 2 years.....
Some time people loss interesent within 4-6 months ......
Its a good practise you have started now identify how many follow those
quotes....What are there feedback...
Try to analyse uour efforts....
Are they realing paying your effort......
Secondly you can give this responsibility to some of your Jr
colleague....Involve your self in some other motivational program....give
yourself to think out of box...what really motivates your people...
