 I completed my engineering this may and have got placed in a software company in campus itself. Since june i have been sitting idle at home so i thought of working in a call center. Getting the call center job wasn't that difficult but now i think i may face a problem. When i get the call ( for joining ) from the company in which i got placed I'll have to leave the call center, and i don't want my software company to get any inkling of my call center job.
Can u help me and tell whether i will end up in any legal hassles if i simply quit from the call center without any prior notice !!! ......... Suggest me what should i do after getting my call ( joining date ) from d software company ........... I have joined the call center this month only !! ( I haven't signed any bond and i am supposed to give one month's notice before resigning )
Thanks in advance :(

As you have joined the Call center this month you are still on probation. You can leave the Call Center immediately. Try talking to the Management in your call center. Tell them you want to quit immediately and cannot complete the one month notice period.
They cannot stop you. Moreover, you have not signed any bond with them. Kindly note bond is not legal. Only bond wherein it is stated that the Company has spend money on your training is legal.
Hence, you can quit without any worry of any legal hassles. To be safe do not reveal the name of the Software Company to anybody in the call center.

Hi Rokki,
It's good that you did not want to sit idle. But you opted a wrong choice getting into a Call Centre. My sicere advice would be to leave the Call Centre job. If you have time please get into some Training Institute and get an edge over your software skills because when you enter into the Software Company you hardly have time to learn things. If you want to make a point into your future career please acquire more hold on the Java and Advanced Java concepts. More precisely visit the near by libraries to brush up the latest in the market.
