Hi Avani,
A previous post with the same request in 2007 had not produced any responses on this site.
Your question is too broad. However take a look at the following site AccountingWEB's guide to key performance indicators (KPIs) - 16 May 2007 <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google )
I hope, you will find some useful information.
Have a nice day.

Hi Avani,
To me a Finance Sector has a different meaning to Finance Dept.
How large is the dept. For level of staff are you looking for KPIs?
Did you access the site I mentioned and, if so, was it of no use and why?
Have a nice day.

hey.... the site was really useful.... we have a very flat hierarchy in our organisation. We have entry level position and above them Team leader and then centre head and CEO. our finance dept has only 2 employees. one is Sr. and the other one is a Jr. guy. both of them take care of the entire dept.
