Hi Amit,
Answering you 1st question, any ERP or SAP course will help you if you have sufficient domain knowledge. So, first thing which you can do is gain some experience in Sales/ Marketing or Foreign Trade, Atleast 2-3 yrs. Doing so you will be in a better uderstanding of the application part of ERP.
Role available for MBA grads is Functional Consultant which has pretty good growth opportunities, both career and money wise.
Coming to course you can do certification course which would be for 45 days, however to gain the entire knowledge you have to grill yourself 16-18 hours a day. The modules are intense and the faculty will teach you basics. All the courses in ERP will cost you too much.. like SAP would cost you 3 Lacs if you want to do certification.. IF you want to do a Training from any XYZ institute.. it might cost you less but be aware of the fact that there are many fake and worthless inst's all over.
My suggestion would be Take some time, join the work, gain experience and research before you do the course

Hi Amit,
yeah what kiran said is right, unless u work for some months or for an year in ur desired area of profession, u cannot gain sufficient knowledge in ERP/SAP or in any other certified courses, because first u need to know what u are looking out for and which area u want to excel. so my suggestion is also that join work for few months and u can gain practical knowledge and then i think u can decide of further movement.
so all the best for u for ur future, hope u will get a good job
