Dear all,
We always talk about how the interview to be conducted. What should be the Do's and Dont's for it.
Please explain that" how an HR person should prepare for himself/herself while going for an interveiw". It is very important as how we present ourselves.
Anyone please help HR Manager's to prepare themselves for an interview :)
Shall be awaiting your revert at the earliest.

Hi ,
I think HR's are also candidates who are facing interviews .
The principles or manners of facing the interview will be same .Like
they have to be well dressed , communication , manners etc .
the subject matter may be differ.....

Dear All,
When you are applying for a Manager position - you need to know the domain and the functionalties to be handled .... even you are lacking in the experience, you should have knowledge on specific areas. Any company expects its manager having good knowledge on all HR Policies and Procedures. Identify HR Functions and know the right process of each activity. Right from Recruitment till Retirement/Relieving, you should know the processes.
Recruitment/T&D/PMS : Know the process and add your experience - speak the process/policy when they ask about specific Process/Policy ... don't speak your experiences and achievements. Your answer should relate to the question.
Eg: Interviewer asks : can you please tell me the Performance Management System that you have worked or can be initiated for a company?
Answer should be: Tell the PMS process that you have worked or that you know or you have initiated and implemented.
Wrong Answer : speaking about how you review the performance of employees and appraisal .... (for this the question would be? how do you review performance of your employees?)
Format/Templates: You should be able to write/draft any format/template for all communications. Eg: Employee Introduction, Warning Mails, Promotion/appreciation mails, invitation mails, Inter communication between departments.
Be bold, be professional and good at communication.
Good Luck.
