Hello Raj Brother,
I think its not a big issue because of which u will resign. Pla have some patience. One more point I would like to add is that, may be by behaving in this way, he might be testing your behavior and manners. You have to think by keeping yourself at his place. Now ask yourself, for what reason you did this to your subordinate, and the answer will come from your inner voice and just follow that. Sorry brother, is I hurt you but this was my feeling.
Thank You

Hi Raj !
Don't get hurt. You shouldn't have taken that Ipod with you to your home. You have recently joined the company. You have to understand the environment and behaviour of your superiors and team members esp. the boss.
I am sure our members would agree that there are bosses who slip uneaten food stuff into their suit pockets which are being offered in Aircrafts not for its taste but thinking that why should we leave ...like ...Take it easy. Keep Cool. Dont ever think of quiting the job for this silly issue.
Wish u all the best..

I really appreciate the way you got the I pod simultaneously I also dislike the ego of your CEO.But taking off from the job is not a solution. You may describe your feelings in a better way in front of him.Don't worry about, the opportunity never stop.
If you are willing to leave that job,it's all your decision.
You can approach me for the job,It may help you to come out of the tension you felling in.
This is the best solution I can provide you.

HI Raj,
Its really a surprized thing to know. But drop the idea of quitting the job taht wont be of any help. Its better that u have realised this at this point of time only now try to plan ur attitude according to the scenario there.

Hi,
Things have a way of springing up on you.Under such situations ,you react.
You can judge a person on how he reacts spontaneously to a situation. In this case I feel it was quite a gentlemanly way you have responded.
I think the way you offered to pay but not take the ipod shows good
leadership qualities.
I think no matter how employers are, the way you conduct yourselves is
indicative of what you really are.
Keep it up

Raj,
The way of thinking makes people difference than their position. The incidence in a way given you a chance to assess your CEO.
Be rational in your thinking. Make a decision that is professional and beneficial to you.
