We are doing practice over here that if anybody joins in our company as fresh, then, we are obtaining form No.11 and paying salary for more than Rs.6500/-, Since, it is Pharma company, the person so recruited will be on the training and their services will be confirmed subject to qualiying of knowledge in core area. In this process, somebody will be taken on our roll after six months and other on completion of one year. Is it wrong? We will confirm them only after making trained in all respect. Kindly advise whether the above procedure is in order or otherwise. Is there any prescribed period for keeping such staff/
