I had resign the job recently.
In my appointment letter mention that my services may be terminated at the instance of either party only by giving to other party three calender month prior written notice provided that the company may if it shall so choose pay three month's salary in lieu of notice.
I had clearly indicates in my resignation letter that I would like to serve only one month notice and offers to pay for shortfall, and got the acceptance sign from line manager (who sign in my appointment and confirmation latter) in hard copy of my resignation.
As per company procedure we use to upload the hard copy of resignation acceptance letter in HR EXIST portal. I had done the same.But still Soft copy resignation letter YET to approve in portal.
After that I had send remainder mail with time limit to my line manager to approve the same.But he not replied yet.(already 15 days notice period over).
Now company enforcing me to work for 90 days.But I am not interested to do the same.
Can I leave the job as per my resignation acceptance letter ? Can I Get Relieving Letter ?
So Please Guide me.

Sir..I was working from 24 January 2018.....beacause of my personal reasons & further studies..I given resign letter to HR on 8th August..but HR said he have not any such letter..I also don't have copy.......as per company norms..1month notice period during probation..& 6month probation after confirmation ...... but I don't got any confirmation letter till today from HR...I completed 1 month notice period as per rule...but HR was pressurizing me..to serve 3 months notice period..but I simply left d job after serving 1 month notice period.............now HR threatening /harrassing me...to pay 2 months salary to the company......for F & F settelement ........ otherwise he will cancel my MNC registration & will do police complaint.....I request to administrator also...that m not getting any confirmation letter...but HR & administrator said...u automatically confirmed in our system.............sir please suggest me...what should I do for that.............Can he cancel my registration in
