Dear Sher Mohammed,
This is to inform you that employees are not got registered on portal. You may have got Registration under either Factories Act, 1948 or Punjab Shops Act, 1958. Under Shops Act we are to upload the list of employees as on date. Now if some of employees have left the establishment then you are to give intimation to the Inspector of the area in Form G within week's time under section 13(iv) of this Act.

Respected Mr. R.N. Khola,
I have one query related to ESIC contribution payment of job work within my company premises. Do I need to register the contractor just like other IP members (regular employees) and then pay the corresponding contribution or is there any other procedure to pay the contribution?

Hi,
As i can check - Haryana Labour welfare for exit employees who have left in the mid month is not accepted online. however, any associate working till last day of month. then his amount is LWF is calculated. Is there any rule change or notification on this. Cos earlier during the manual submission we deducted full amount irrespective to working till end of month.
Awaiting your response..!!
