Well said, however,in todays time when the best way is to first secure the career at best organisational environment instead of wasting time behind people who does not value ones performance or morale.
Bosses are meant to be leaders and not micromangers.
Employees can leave at their will, but organisations should create environment such that they should not leave but contribute more and grow with the organisations growth.
And so called bosses must look forward to this.

Dear colleague,

In the corporate world, to come across temper tantrum and arrogant boss is not uncommon.

I am afraid, it is difficult to digest such an easy, escapist and selfish approach, as suggested, against arrogant boss. It would amount to allowing the wronful to pepetuate. Unchecked. Inflicting mental injury. Lowering morale of employees. Continuing to make someone else a victim if one quits.

By no means I am suggesting to hold the mantle of reforming the boss or be a protagonist . But why not at least make one proper attempt to appeal to the conscience keeper before leaving?. I have no bones against quitting the job but certainly not before giving one shot at fair try.

Don’t worry, we have all been there.

Let us tell you there is no clear answer or solution to this problem. However, as an employee, you should try to find the reason behind their rude attitude. We all know that bosses or managers are the people responsible for a number of duties. Although we have technologies, software to ease things up, humans are humans. So, take a step ahead and try finding the exact reason for their arrogance. Not to forget, if you fail to understand the reason, then communicate to them. As an old saying goes “good communication is the bridge between confusion and clarity”.

Hope it helps.

In week Companies politics win (only for a temporary period). In strong Companies best ideas do, support, for long time successful growth for both employer and employee.

If your company is, a progressive Employer, through your Human Resources Person, (provided your policy is permitted), you may opt for a job rotation / roll change, which could be your success foot step, instead of hanging on with a boss who don’t have guts to defend his people.
