Sir i agree with your point but appraisal is going right now some employee got appraisal amount but some of them are in process. So when i asked my management for my appraisal they are saying you are not eligible only current employees are eligible.

Hi,
In this case you are eligible for Appraisal, because law only permit to take maternity Leave.
if you have taken more then Maternity leave in that case you will not eligible, here management have right to deny.
