Dear Mr Sandeep, in my earlier reply, i had suggested you to "Alternatively, you can know the status of your Withdrawal claim in EPF Website." For reasons best known to you, you ignored the same. Please Peruse the attachment of your Claim status.
As per the statement, you have initially opted for EPS Withdrawal, which has been rejected, since your Membership is more than 10 Years.Alternatively,Scheme Certificate could not be issued for non furnishing of required details. Please submit Fresh Form 10C with all details & attachments for issue of Certificate.Meanwhile, you can update online Nomination in UAN Portal. Please share the attachment with your Employer

Thanks for your Reply Srinath.
I have submitted all the details of my family members to the employer on the time of requesting the PF withdrawal. I have received my PF but not my scheme certificate at all.
I really do not know why they have rejected my claim for scheme certificate. I am no longer in Mumbai and have retired at settled in a different state.
How to go about re submitting the documents again. Can I send the 10C form filled again with Aadhar card copies of my family members by speedpost to receive the scheme certificate or can this be done online.
Hoping for your favourable response.
Regards
Sandeep Butaney

Such matters cannot be escalated by sending letters to PF Office but you should visit the office personally or through a person and speak to the concerned persons directly. Then handover the written grievance to the concerned official and wait for their reply. There are quite improvement in their approach towards members but everything depends on how you present the issue before the PF Officials. Therefore, I advise, go and get the things done without waiting for any online system to open or wasting time in making correspondence
