The problem still persists. I can log into my 2nd UAN, but with the same credentials it's showing invalid credentials in one employee one epf account portal. Sent a mail to EPFO, as usual none responded back and the toll free no is always busy.
Every month there are some changes happening but nobody could be contacted in the even of any confusion! Unbelievable service from EPFO.

log into uan member portal see profile, you will get that your mobile number is not updated, update the same, after update of mobile number in UAN, try on next day

I have updated my mobile no a week back and it's showing in the member portal very well.
But in One Employee One EPF Account portal it's showing invalid credentials. So this is not related to mobile no I guess.

maybe your employer has not validated your records yet digitally, so UAN is generated but not confirmed yet by employer, ........this is the common situation at most places, and will get regularized soon,
however from my side i will request you all to upload, bank details, aadhaar and pan details atleast on portal, so that the employer's workload would get easy to approve them

But even if employer has not validated it yet by digital verifie, employer has uploaded ecr for the last 3 months already, so that should have verified my uan by employer by now. Either employer verifies by DSC or uploads ECR-the UAN gets verified, that's the thumb rule isn't it?
So if the employer has not verified yet since he has uploaded ecr for the last 3 months against this UAN, this uan gets verified already, isn't it?.
I can see my balance in the passbook which mean employer is paying pf regularly in this uan. Then why this digital verification problem comes in.

KYC verification is thumb rule of EPFO now, if aadhaar, bank , pan is seeded at the time of generation of UAN then UAN is active for all purpose, but if the verification is pending then department will not accept any request "electronically"
However the members are free to submit manual claim form 13, duly attested by present or previous employer.
submitting contribution is statuary binding to the employer, but providing the correct KYC documents as per form 11, at the time of new id generation is employee's responsibility.

Now even UAN member login page is not working. It's showing "closed Connection". And the One Employee One PF webpage is not even opening.
The concerned authorities should understand that by doing these changes that they have done recently they actually don't facilitate the employees and employers to use EPFO in a better way, on the contrary it's creating confusions for everyone around and things are getting more messy.
It seems nothing is working from employee perspective, no link is working. God knows whether employer portal is working or not, but at least the employees are listening the sweet music.
This is Digital India !!
