You must register all the employee whose UAN is generated on or after 1st April 2016; Provided their gross salary is below INR 15000/- per month. At present 8.33% of employer share is automatically paid through PMRPY shceme during freezing the monthly contributions while genrating challan and Reimbursement of all previous months since April-2016 will be released by EPFO probabely in April-2018 including calculation of interest over the said reimbursement. As per now EPFO has already statred to communication with registered employer to seed their Bank A/c details and to confirm these (if some has not done the same during registeration at PMRPY) for initiating these reimbursement.

Could any one please clarify, that the PMRPY shceme could be made applicable to Man Power supply Contractor, who serves different clients.
In case an Contractor made eligible for a scheme has a drop/fall in employment from the reference base, the condition that the establishment will not be eligible for the scheme in the months where employment is below this reference base is correct?
