Hello Soniya, Thanks for the information that you have provided to me . As i spoke to my new HR they are ready to accept my application but my current company is not ready to provide me relieving letter i have acceptance letter,salary slips . I have insisted to them many times even i told them to take my full month salary and i am ready to work on weekend to complete my remaining days but they are not agreeing on any cost. any help will be appreciated .

Hi Tanishak,
Then you can simply leave the job. Probably you will not get your Full & Final settlement and i guess thats really ok with you. Drop a mail before leaving and state your all reasons and discussions you had verbally with your HR and keep a copy of it so you can show it when needed.
And as you said your new company is ready to accept you without relieving letter you are good to go.
In your future, companies which you will be working for will not require relieving letter of this company and even if you do you will have copy of mail to show them. So no worries
