Dear Pawan
Normally any company will extend the tenure for the contract employees by seeing their performance level. So you need not to worry about the period of work in that organisation.
If you are interested to take risk and if your knowledge level and age permits then you can definitely go with this offer. But if you are above 45 years of age and average working knowledge then you should not give a try for any job change. If you join in any organisation, obviously you must prove your ability and efficiency, so that they will treat you as their asset.
Please keep it mind that no job is small or no job is big. It is we to make the job as small or big.
Wish you all the best dear.
