1) Safety Policies
2) Insurance Policies : Either Group or Individual but to cover the employees as high risk is involved.
3) Safty Measures
4) Factory and Labour Laws and Minimum Wages Act as per government Laws
5) PF, ESIC
6) Benefits - Additional if any to motivate them
7) Payroll
8) Extra Working Hours - Wages
9) Holidays and List of Leaves
10) Nature of Product and Related Training to handle and Measures
11) Leave Card, Attendence Policy
