I have completed all the joining formalities on the very first day. From very first day they have taken me as confimed employee. I have not taken any salary from them for those two days. I found that If employee does not take any salary so no employment document comes into practise.
Is it the right what I have mentioned above? Is still it in hand of the company to take legal action?

My Freind now it depends upon the company as you have signed the papers. They can show that they have given you the salary. But I do not think they will do so. If they do so they this will be example of Unprofessionalism.
