I have completed all the joining formalities on the very first day. From very first day they have taken me as confimed employee. I have not taken any salary from them for those two days. I found that If employee does not take any salary so no employment document comes into practise.
Is it the right what I have mentioned above? Is still it in hand of the company to take legal action?
