Dear All,
I want to withdraw my PF amount from the company, And for that i am already fill form 19 and 10 c. now they are asking for crossed checque.
Could you please explain me why they are asking for that cheque.

Dear Amit ji,
1. You would have asked your query in new thread stated by you. Such kind of query in between the discussion topic of the thread which is in progress dislink the discussion.
2. In response to your query you are advised to submit a cancelled cheque (not a crossed one) to PF office.

Dear Shams ji,
The question asked by you is very simple. But I also don't know why I took so much time to respond.
Answer to it is- No.
It is a change in a service condition in respect of matter specified in schedule IV in ID Act which requires notice under section 9A.
Further, I wish to draw your kind attention to the Jugdment of SC according to which you can reduce the PF contribution. Also one need to read and understand / interprieate the chapter of EPF&MP Act which deals with membership of Fund.
