Once you are accept the company Offer letter you are liable to serve notice period for one month.
In your Offler letter they are mentioned probation for a period of 6 months from your joining date. Should your performance be found satisfactory, the Company would be pleased to confirm your appointment.
So there is no way to fight with company for 7 days salary.
Probation means whether your performance is good they are issued your confirmation letter. you are voluntary resigned there is no provision to pay your salary.

i read your suggestion, here in my attachment file u read, there was no any discussion for notice period and actually i was trying to force company for pay becasue i wanted to teach lesson them because i come to know that before me company has not given pay their two ex-employees after resignation and its not for only 7 day's salary,thtswhy i resigned from there so early, company is habitual of doing so. sir, are u sure by taking any actoin by me will in vain.
