PF Claim: Death Case:
Dear Sir,
I would like to thank you for the service you are giving through your website on EPF related issues & etc.,.
I am a newly joined clerk, hence i need suggestion on the following issue.
A Casual Labourer (Minimum Time Scale), who retired on 30-12-2013, was sanctioned pension on 22-10-2014.
While receiving pension she passed away on 20-11-2014. Her dependents are Husband, aged 73, son aged 41.
She has not opted for any return on capital as per her pension application.
so my question is what are all the benefits her dependents (Husband & Son) will get from EPF, and what are necessary documents to be submitted to avail those benefits.?
An earlier reply to this query would be very much helpful to the grieving family.
Thanking you Sir,
Md.Khaja.

Dear AnilAnand.
Thanks for your nice and detailed reply to Kanaka...
In that you mentioned that, all the benefits goes to wife after death.. but i want to know some thing more that, if the
person who is no more, was the only child and the only earning member of the family and who is also newly married
before 10 month having no kids or issues...
what about the parents who were completely dependent, wife will be getting remarriage and will be settled some where else
but what about the elderly and aged parents who have lost their son.
