Dear Mr, Ramannj
Can't we just transfer both the PF A/c to current A/c directly. I mean, not in the manner you have suggested. In there any ill effects on the pf Amount or pension amt. if transferred directly?

Your company appointed you not your boss, your boss only acted on behalf of the company. So as long as you keep working in favor of the company your job is secure their. Bosses will keep on changing which does not necessarily mean the subodrinates should keep on changing in batches ccordingly. Thats not how corportes works. Keep up your good work and all other things will fall just in places.

Hi,
see , impression of HR dept is based on the teams performance .. Managers must see value addition from HR to respect HR. Running away is not a solution .. i m sure if you love your job, you would like to bring back the desired professional respct to HR. and this will come if you understand expecation of managers from HR and put in some solid efforts to bring that change ... dont get carried away with the current feelings / image of yoru boss. Stay there, think, make efforts and bring change amount of change is not important ... any positive change would reflect opinion change ...
Go ahead .. All the best.

Hi Mynguyen244,
My suggestion to you is to continue your job. Because if you change your company, can you promise yourself that you are going to get a good Boss. So Never afraid of situation , people, task, Boss and many.. So Go ahead of facing the situation. Do 100% to your job. That won't put you in any trouble with your Boss. And all the best for your career.

Hi,
First you know about the management, you have to prove the management through you working style, efficiency, and there is no need to back beeting of any one in the management, where it is your subordinate or your superior, In this case you have to prove your self with your work done in any case without any excuses. All are in favour, if you show the good attitude of your against employees.

I don’t think there should be any objection to transfer the balance of previous accounts of an employee direct in to his present account to consolidate the accummulation of balances.
