I fully agree with archana and namonita. If their solution works nothing like that. But if the problem still persist, you have to be hard against such people.
Whenever, the girl complains against other employee ask her to give complaint in writing. issue charge sheet to the other person. Then based on the explanation of other person issue charge sheet to girl and ask for explanation under standing order "misconduct"-: drunkenness, riotous and disorderly behaviour on the premises of establishment. call for explanation and if need arises conduct enquiry. Till the enquiry outcome is pending pretend to both that they have a strong hand in the matter. Once enquiry report is received,penalise both ( based on NO SMOKE WITHOUT FIRE) i.e. suspend the girl for 1 or 2 days and warn the other person with strong contents that if such or similar misconduct is repeated he/she shall not be spared. In future either she will improve and stop complaining OR may leave the organisation.
