Great work. However, column BM indicates the date on which OT work done and the quantum of OT hrs, whereas formula set in column K & L (rate of wages and OT) refers to colum BM. Could you pl clarify.

I have just carried forward the BM column figure to No of Hrs OT for calculation of OT pay Mr. Gopal. Here I have done like that reason behind is to avoid retyping and by which clerical mistakes can be avoided.

Further you can pursue some course on Labour Laws which is very much available with University of Madras for which the last date of submission of application is this Month end and in Annamalai University a 6 months Diploma in Labour Law is available. Please think it over and go ahead
