Hi Kumar,
Its all a game of enforcement officers, bcoz as of my knowledge and enquired with my friends, PF just includes Basic + Dearness allowance. Nothing much will be added in it. They suggested me the same that either they lack with the idea abt PF or trying to make use of something.

The same problem encountered in chennai, one of the enforcement officer reffered the same case asking us to pay the difference amount. ANd he is also insisted us to pay basic @ 60% of gross. Please let me know whether there is rule that basic should be 60% of gross, I am trying to get the Gujarat High Court judgement with regard to coverage of Allowance excluding HRA. IF anyone can help it will be greatful. The case is between Gujarat Cypromet Limited & Gujarat High Court.

Hi Friends,
This is very strange that the PF Department has wake up after a gap of good Four Years as they are compelling for the Judgement which was given on Aug 2004 in 2008.
This is nothing but just to harass the Employer.
