Sir, my client is an IT company. it employs only one person on contractual basis. But has more than twenty people on contract basis as support staff. Is the company required to get itself registered under the Haryana Contract Labour Act? Also, it is already registered with labour department under Minimum Wages Act. Is a separate registration under contract act required?
