Im currently working in Domastic BPO Industry as a hr executive. But now i would like to change my carrer into IT Industry . Since i have 2.4 yrs of exp in Domestic BPO recruitement and including 3 months Exp in IT Recruitment. could any one give me a suggestion whether its a good decission or not and whether i will get place any companies for It Recruitment.
