Lta Policy - Leave Policy - Doc Download

I would like to know LTA rules in INDIA and as per the rule LTA can claim twice in 4 calander year, means if my basic salary is 15000 in one year and 17000/- in next year. so my eligibility is for 15000+17000=32000 rs. for LTA, so when i will claim the LTA reimbursement i should claim 15000+17000=32000 and avail the exemption of rs. 32000 for that year, is it so?:confused: please reply on urgent basis.

Hi, Our company declared 1 month basic as LTA, Will LTA amount is proportionally reduced with Loss of pay ( or) Full basic amount is to be paid.

Hi all,
Can I claim the LTA for 2009-10 by clubbing it with my LTA for 2010-11 and for the travel I did this year (10-11).
i.e if my basic in 09-10 was Rs. 10,000/- and this yr for 10-11 is Rs. 12000/- can I claim an amount of 10000 + 12000 = Rs. 22000/- for a travel I made this year?
Also, I did not avail any leave in 2009-10 as I just joined the Co. and did not have much of leave

In my Company i have applied for LTA since In last year i have worked only 217 days,
management is saying that you cant apply for LTA since you have not completed 240 working days in last year.
They granted me 7 Pl on prorata basis ( as per company policy employee should take minimum 6 days PL for claiming LTA )
please tell me whether im eligible for LTA or not
as well as for bonus also
