Okay time for tips:
1. Hybiscus leaves are good conditioner for hair
2. If you have 4 badam per day it is good for your health and skin
3. Buttermilk added with coriander leaves powder is help full to reduce weight
4. Consume RAW PUMPKIN ( White ) to reduce weight ( tuff to follow)
5. Boil hot water along with cinnamon powder and filter that water and drink it is very good efect for weight loss , it will prevent from gaining weight in future too.
6. Cumin seeds soaked in coconut whole night , next day make a paste and apply on scalp for one hour and wash ur hair.... do this every week u will have an long silky hair....
7. Drink 3 liters of water in a day u will be fresh and slim..

Hello, Everyone,
Some people have thin eyebrows( including me). This tips for them
For making eyebrows thik, use ginger paste on eyebrows for half an hour then wash it off. This is helping me.

Hi, this is for high Cholesterol problem. my father tried it & it really helped him reducing his cholesterol significantly. Take two lobes of garlic as the first thing in the morning with water, you can cut it in small pieces & swallow it if you are not able to chew itDo it for atleast 2 months. It works..

Try this... A cousin of mine who suffers from Migraine found this effective....
2-3 spoons of Ginger juice if taken daily is effective!!! The Reason - It seems the juice of Ginger has the power to make blood vessels dilate, which helps in clear flow of blood which is very very essential in Migraine Prevention!!!! More usage of Ginger in food too helps!!!!

Thanx Hima i hv very frequently problem on migraine... in week 2 or 3 time... which is bad. I use to take medicine but no relief... Thanx A lot i will try this also........

Hey , Thanks.... My grand pa used to have it. But he will get it fired slightly ans add half oinch of salt for mild flavour . He used to have every day morning and evening...

I have one tip to share.If somebody is facing the problem of Dandruff.
Heat the coconut oil put kapoor (Whihc is used for praying GOD on Diwali) in it.The kapoor will melt on its own and then apply it in the roots of hair.Do it once a wekk and in a months time your hair would be dandruff free.

If anyone in the family is suffering from cold and cough give him/her "shitopaladi Churan" mixed with honey. Dosage is mentioned on the bottle. For children give little less than 1/2 a spoon. Shitopaladi is easily available in all chemist shops. You will be surprised when you see the results.
It is very effective and my dad gave me this tip, it is originally my grandmom's nuska.
It is tried and tested on four generations.

its really nice to c such useful tips from all of u...
So here is my fav tip...
soak 2 cloths or hankerchiefs in egg whites and put on the soles of the feet (cover with socks). The egg whites instantaneously start to draw the temperature DOWN from the brain (where it is dangerous) to the feet
